Hannah & Matthew

‘We literally couldn’t have asked for more beautiful pictures of our wedding. Not only are these just so special, but they are absolute masterpieces – blown away by your talent. You were such a pleasure to have around and knew exactly when to say the right things – it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. We will definitely recommend you to any upcoming engaged friends!’ – Hannah & Matthew

I’d been looking forward to shooting Hannah & Matthew’s Pylewell Park wedding since the moment they chose me to photograph their big day. I really don’t need to wax lyrical about how beautiful a location Pylewell Park is, I think the pictures (be it these or any others you might find) tell you all you need to know. And to top it off, it was what we can probably call the very last day of Summer, it was absolutely perfect!

Not far from Pylewell Park, Hannah and Matthew prepared for the big day ahead with their closest friends and families. Whilst I was loving every second photographing such a warm and welcoming Bridal Entourage, it was Andrew Miles‘ great pleasure to start the day off with the boys.

Once ready after a very relaxed and lighthearted morning, Hannah headed to Pylewell Park house for a quick chat with the registrar. Then it was on to the outdoor ceremony via the most perfect car for the job, a Speedster!

The ceremony was idyllic. A gorgeous backdrop, a warm sunny day, and their friends and family to witness this milestone in Hannah and Matthew’s lives. And when the knot was tied and confetti had been hurled, it was time to enjoy a glass of bubbles and catch up.

After a nice long and relaxed reception everyone headed into the pavillion for dinner. Shortly afterwards, the four of us (Bride, Groom and two wind-swept togs) jumped into car for a minute drive to the beach. And it was well worth it. A really nice chance for Hannah and Matthew to get away from it all, and we of course were only too happy to get some intimate photographs in the mean time.

Speeches followed our return to the pavillion, and they were as laugh-out-loud as they were eloquent and emotional. And then the party began! Some epic tunes along with some equally awesome food courtesy of Tribal Taste.

It couldn’t have been a better day. And to top it off Matthew (ever the gracious host), said goodbye with a lovely bottle of Rioja for two thirsty photographers. Nice touch, and thank you.

Congratulations Hannah and Matthew!
