‘Thank you so much for your incredible work on our wedding day. You were a joy to be around (when we noticed you – you were excellent at blending in!) and really made everyone feel at ease.’
October it may have been, but Kate and Chris lucked out with the weather for their day. No gale force winds or sideways rain, just a gloriously sunny day for the most part and it served as the perfect backdrop for a gorgeous Cain Manor wedding.
Both Kate and Chris prepared for the big day at Cain Manor, and there was a very laid back feel from start to finish. Once guests had arrived and caught up for a bit, it was time for Kate and her Dad to head to the main room for the ceremony…
After a heartfelt ceremony we all headed outside for confetti and some sunshine. Towards the end of reception K&C went for a wander in the woods for a few photos along with Kevin Watkins, the videographer for the day.
Dinner and speeches was up next and neither disappointed! Some cracking speeches enjoyed by all, and there was even enough time to take advantage of the last of the day’s sunshine.
The evening was kicked off with the traditional cutting of the cake and the first dance. It was the start of the final chapter of an absolutely wonderful day!
Congratulations Kate and Chris and thank you for having me there to document it all.
